Old Coast
There was a time when letters were allowed to be a little strange.
Old Coast comes from that school of thought. A family of four narrow, angular display faces with peculiar proportions, sharp cuts, and fun curves. Some letters are rigid and architectural, others bend and twist. There are awkward angles, unexpected friendships, and a few questionable decisions. Somehow, they all get along.
It's difficult to say exactly where Old Coast belongs. It’s a collection of things half-remembered and half-imagined. There's something industrial in its bones yet something ornamental in its manners. A typeface with a past it can't quite account for but very much at home in the present. A souvenir from a place that may never have existed. Named after the road I currently live on, Old Coast is a small love letter to this stretch of California I call home.
Available in four weights — Fine, Regular, Heavy, and Short.
The full typeface character set includes 1,205 glyphs
Extended Latin support covering most Western, Central, Northern, and Southeastern European languages.
Your purchase is good for a single-user desktop license for both personal and commercial use across print and digital projects.
