Zuma

$30.00

Zuma is bold and warm with the touch of the human hand. I hand-drew it based on an alphabet from Heberling’s 1922 Basic Lettering. I refined and balanced with a goal to keep their soul intact. I drew symbols, numbers, fun alts, and diacritics to cover most Western and Latin languages so it can breathe new life into modern work.

I named it after Zuma Beach, its name born from a cartographer’s slip of the pen. It reminds me that errors are both human and beautiful. Like that misspelled map, these letters wear their slight imperfections proudly: hand-drawn edges that lean into their humanity, strokes that feel cut from paper. Zuma’s voice is loud and unafraid to take up space, perfect for posters, headlines, and any project that could use a little more salt!

Your purchase is good for a single-user desktop license for both personal and commercial use across print and digital projects.
